  • CAN WE WALK THROUGH YOUR SHOW ROOM OR VISIT A MODEL HOME?

    Absolutely! Each of our projects is as unique and diverse as our clients. If we have a project under construction and we have the permission of the owner, we would love to show you a project in action. Depending on the area or development we may have model homes that you can set up at a time to visit. This is an opportunity to show off what makes Custom Homes quality one of the best in the industry.

  • IF I HAVE MY OWN LOT WILL YOU BUILD ON IT?

    Absolutely! Our team can help you find a lot, or we can build on yours. We may also have available vacant lots in your area. Custom Homes also specializes in tearing down existing homes and building new homes, especially on inner city lots. We’ve done many new homes in the city of St Paul, Minneapolis, Edina, and surrounding areas where land is hard to find.

Custom Homes will not quote on a per square foot unless you're just in need of a very rough idea of cost.
